Breadsticks

5 lbs flour
2 cups dry milk
1 cup sugar
7 tsp salt
(Mix together and keep in an air tight container)

1 cup warm water
2 Tbsp butter
1 egg
4 cups above mix
2 tsp yeast


Roll into breadsticks, let rise approx hour
Bake approximately 15 minutes at 350 degrees till golden
Brush with butter, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder

Makes 5 loaves or 5 batches of sticks
