Apple Crisp

Apple cake mix
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 can apple pie filling
1 cup butter, melted

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray or grease an 8x8 baking dish.
2) In a medium mixing bowl, combine apple cake mix, brown sugar, rolled oats and chopped nuts.
3) Pour apple pile filling into prepared baking dish. Cover filling with dry mixture. Pour melted butter over all; moistening all of the dry mixture will ensure an all-over crunchy topping. Bake 40-45 minutes, until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Top with optional vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
