1 1/2 C Butter or margerine
1 C granulated Sugar
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
3 1/2 C sifted flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
Thoroughly
cream butter and sugar.
Add egg, vanilla, and almond extract, beat
well.
Sift together flour and baking powder, add gradually to creamed
mixture, mixing to smooth dough. Do Not chill.
Force dough through
cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in hot oven at 400 (my
aunt and I both do 340) for 7-8 minutes, cool.
