Spinach Carbonara Pizza

1 pkg pizza crust
2 slices bacon
1 pkg (6 oz) fresh baby spinach (approx 8 cups)
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 oz. grated fresh Parmesan (approx 1/4 cup)
1 cup Alfredo Pasta sauce
1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
2 cups (8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2) Unroll dough over bottom of lightly greased large bar pan. Gently stretch and press dough to cover bottom of pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
3) Slice bacon into 1/4 inch pieces-cook until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and drain on paper towels.
4) Place spinach and garlic pressed into bowl, cover & microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes until spinach is wilted. Carefully remove lid, press spinach to side of bowl- dab excess moisture with paper towels and set aside.
5) Grate Parmesan Cheese, set aside. Finely chop half of bacon. measure alfredo sauce in, add chopped bacon and black pepper to sauce and mix well.
6) To assemble, spread sauce to edges of pizza crust. Top sauce completely with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, spinach and remaining bacon. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. remove from oven to cooling rack.
