3 (8oz) pkgs Cream cheese
1 1/4 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 Tbsp vanilla
22 oz. Cherry pie filling
1 cup sour cream
Combine 1 cup sugar and cream cheese
Add egg and 2 Tbsp vanilla, beat until mixed.
Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
Bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove and cool 5 minutes.
Combine sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 Tbsp vanilla and spoon onto cakes.
In center on each cake, drop teaspoon of pie filling with cherry on top.
return to oven for 5 minutes
Cool in refrigerator.
Yields 84 cakes
