Carrot Cake

3 cups grated carrots
2 cups four
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs, well beaten
1  1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla

1) Preheat oven 350
2) Combine first 7 ingredients
3) Stir in eggs, oil and vanilla
4) Mix well
5) Spoon batter into 3 greased 9 inch round pan
6) Bake for 30 minutes (until knife comes out clean)


CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

16 oz pkg powdered sugar
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup softened margarine
1 tsp vanilla
