Pecan Bark

1 cup unsalted butter (NO SUBSTITUION)
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
24 graham crackers

1) Preheat oven 350 degrees
2) Line 10x15 cookie sheet with aluminum foil, then pray with cooking spray
3) Place graham crackers on cookie sheet, sprinkle pecans evenly over top.
4) Melt butter in small saucepan, add brown sugar and stir till boiling.
5) Boil one minute, pour mixture evenly over graham crackers & pecans.
6) Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and immediately place plan in freezer
7) Remove after one hour and break into pieces.

Does not need to be refrigerated.
