1 cup butter, softened
1 Apple Cake Mix
1 egg
1 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) In a medium bowl, cream butter
3) Add apple cake mix and egg
4) Gradually add oats and blend until combined
5) Scoop by level teaspoon onto baking sheet leaving one inch between cookies
6) Bake 10-12 minutes
