Pumpkin Squares
CRUST:
1 package yellow cake mix (save out 1 cup for topping)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg
Mix cake mix, butter and egg together, pat into greased 9x12 pan
FILLING:
1 large (30 oz) can Libby's easy pumpkin pie mix, follow direction on can
Pour filling over crust.
TOPPING:
Combine the 1 cup cake mix,
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, softenened
Mix and drop plops onto filling, serve with ice cream or whipped cream
