Prime Rib - Glenda Ruhmel

Let Roast stand at room temperature for at least an hour before cooking.

Preheat oven to 375

Rub meat with salt & pepper, place fat side up in a shallow pan

Roast for 1 hour. Turn off heat. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR (Tape shut if necessary)

30-40 minutes before serving, Reheat oven to 375.

Roast will be brown and crisp on the outside, rare in the middle (Cook a little longer if want done more).
