Old-world manicotti

12 large manicotti shells
3 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups ricotta cheese
4 Tbsp fresh basil, or 2 Tbsp dried basil
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Parmesan Cheese

1) Preheat oven to 350
2) Cook pasta
3) Stir together mozzarella, ricotta and basil
4) Stuff shells with cheese mix
5) Grease pan, cover bottom with spaghetti sauce; arrange pasta over
6) Pour remaining sauce on top, sprinkle with more cheese
7) Bake 15 minutes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, bake for 10 minutes
