Mini Pepperoni Muffins

1 Beer Bread Mix
12 oz. Beer
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepperoni slices, cut into fourths
3 Tbsp butter, melted
Italian seasonings to taste

1) Preheat oven to 350, spray mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray
2) In a large bowl, stir together Beer Bread Mix, beer, cheese, pepperoni & seasonings
3) Fill muffin pan 2/3 full with dough. Brush tops with melted butter.
4) Bake for 20-25 minutes
