Everyday Cookies

1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup rice krispies
1 cup quick oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup nuts

1) Preheat oven to 350
2) Cream butter, sugar, oil, add eggs & vanilla; beat well
3) Add flour, cream of tarter, baking soda & salt
4) Stir in rice krispies, oats, coconut & nuts
5) Drop by teaspoon full onto greased sheet
6) Bake 5-6 minutes
