Beef on Weck

1) Put Beef in sprayed glass pan, fat side up
2) Add salt, pepper, garlic, onions, seasoned salt, worcestershire sauce to fat on top
3) Add water to pan (1/2 full)- cover with alumnium foil
4) Bake at 350, want meat cooked 1 1/2 inch through, the rest pink
5) SAVE BROTH
6) Slice beef, when serve, add broth to heat
